Soviet under-barrel launcher
The GP-25 is a Soviet under-barrel grenade launcher designed to engage enemy personnel, open positions, and light fortifications at medium ranges. It mounts directly beneath the barrel of AK-series rifles, allowing the operator to switch between rifle fire and grenades without changing weapons.
It fires VOG-series grenades, which detonate upon impact or after traveling a preset arming distance. The mechanical sight enables range adjustments, while the low recoil allows stable weapon handling. The GP-25 is known for its simple construction and high reliability under all field conditions.
In the simulator, the GP-25 is recreated with accurate grenade-flight physics, realistic sight operation, and authentic firing behavior. This enables operators to practice accuracy, range estimation, and effective employment of the launcher in various tactical scenarios.
